On April 8, 2026, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jordan Rd., Ramseur, in reference to trespassing by Michael Andrew Swain, who had been trespassed from the property previously. Upon arrival, Swain was placed under arrest. During the search to arrest, cocaine was located. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing. He was issued a $10,000 secured bond. A first appearance was scheduled for April 9, 2026, in Randolph County District Court.
