The Community Access Card is an initiative by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office designed to give residents quick and direct access to essential programs, services, and support resources within the community. It serves as a convenient tool to strengthen communication between citizens and the Sheriff’s Office while promoting safety, awareness, and community engagement.

Key Features:

  • Direct Access: The card provides a quick link (via QR code) to the Sheriff’s Office’s online resources, including community outreach programs, safety information, and contact details.
  • Comprehensive Resource Hub: Connects residents to help, support, and resources such as:
    • Community outreach programs (e.g., Citizens Academy, Guardian Project, H.E.L.P.S., Comfort Cases, Project Hug)
    • Outside agencies and programs (e.g., Family Crisis Center, Veterans Treatment Court, S.A.L.T. Senior Adult Association, The Invictus Project)
    • Guided help for services like concealed carry permits, property checks, and safety tutorials.
  • Sheriff’s Office Connection: Provides a direct phone number to Community Outreach and our physical office locations
